Shanna Lynn Moakler (born March 28, 1975) is an American model and actress who won Miss New York USA in 1995 and later became Miss USA after Chelsi Smith won Miss Universe. She began modeling at age 15 and was chosen as a Playmate of the Month for Playboy magazine in December 2001. Moakler has acted in various television series such as Pacific Blue (1998) and Meet the Barkers (2005). Her relationships with Billy Idol, Oscar de la Hoya, and Dennis Quaid have been widely publicized.
