Oksana Orlan is an American actress, model, and producer of Ukrainian and Scandinavian descent, known for her powerful screen presence and intense performances. She gained critical acclaim for her leading role in the independent feature film "Lana's Rain" (2002), for which she won Best Actress at the Milan International Film Festival.
