Full Biography
Macarena Carrere Zenteno was born and raised in Chile during Augusto Pinochet's military dictatorship (1973-1990). She completed her professional acting degree at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2013, and further studied TV and film acting. Carrere gained prominence for her role as Andrea in the Chilean horror-thriller 'Trauma' (2017), where she portrayed one of four female protagonists who encounter brutal attacks while visiting a rural locality in Chile.
