"Connie Strickland, a blonde bombshell of the '70s sexploitation scene, made significant strides in her short-lived acting career. Born and raised in California, she initially pursued an education at UCLA but left early on to pursue modeling opportunities across the nation. After stints as a Playboy bunny in Atlanta, Strickland returned to Hollywood, making her film debut in 'The Secretary' (1971) as the titular character who challenges gender norms by expertly practicing 'dicktation.' Barely clothed, she caught Erotic4u's attention and heated things up further with a revealing performance in the comedy-horror 'Bummer!' (1972), although the film disappointingly missed showing her full bush. In 'The Centerfold Girls' (1974), a BDSM thriller featuring fellow stunning models Tiffany Bolling, Jamie Lyn Bauer, and Janet Wood, Strickland once again bared her breasts. She continued to display her assets in the R-rated 'Black Samson' (1974). However, her most notable role was in the revenge flick 'Act of Vengeance' (1974), where she played a vengeful vigilante who joins forces with other liberated women, Jo Ann Harris, Anneka Di Lorenzo, and Lisa Moore. The film featured a memorable scene with all four actresses sharing a bath, giving it a feminist twist as they flaunted their nudity. Despite her screen appearances ending in the '70s, Strickland's legacy lives on through digital platforms that preserve her saucy past."
