Story
Tattoo follows rookie cop Marc Schrader who is caught with drugs during an illegal rave raid and is then paired with Chief Inspector Minks to investigate a gruesome murder. The victim is a naked young woman with her skin stripped off, killed after staggering into traffic. Upon examination, they discover a finger inside the victim's stomach belonging to Norbert Günzel, a convicted rapist and assailant who becomes their primary suspect. As Schrader and Minks delve deeper into the case, they find disturbing evidence at Günzel's residence: restraints, human flesh, video equipment, and preserved skin with tattoos in his basement, along with dead bodies buried in his garden. As the investigation unfolds, Günzel goes missing.
