Story
Raymond Rourke, a mentally challenged individual, finds himself framed by several kids after they accidentally kill his younger brother Bryce. Six years later, Raymond escapes from the state mental hospital where he has been confined and sets out to enact revenge on those responsible for his brother's death and his own imprisonment.
