Story
Confidant follows two childhood best friends who share an unusually strong bond and a secret. Both are on track for promising futures - one as a first-round NFL draft pick, the other as a talented art major on full scholarship. However, their lives take a dramatic turn when they become entangled in a web of lies, gambling, murder, and a pact gone wrong. These events lead to one friend being imprisoned while the other gains fame. After spending eleven years behind bars, the innocent friend is released with a single mission: to collect his debt and reclaim the life he believes was promised to him, no matter the cost.
