Story
Melvin, a naive and trusting mop boy at the Tromaville Health Club, gets thrown into a vat of toxic waste by three sadistic health club members who bully him. The toxic waste has a transformative effect on Melvin, mutating him into a grotesque but powerful creature known as the Toxic Avenger. Now, with heightened strength and an unquenchable thirst for revenge, he sets out to clean up Tromaville by taking down criminals, bullies, and corrupt officials, ultimately becoming a local superhero.
